Who are we?

Women’s Hope Medical Clinic has been serving local families throughout pregnancy and beyond since 1983. One service we offer is our parenting education program, “Earn While You Learn”. We are seeking funding to purchase new cribs and car seats for the families that participate in these online classes.

Your help is especially important right now because this program is growing! Over 150 parents are currently taking classes, and more are joining every week. Your donations will bless local moms and dads and help them prepare to welcome their little ones into the world.

Women’s Hope serves over 200 families from Opelika each year. By providing educational and material support to new parents, this program lessens their financial burden and ensures that their babies will have a safe place to sleep and a secure car seat. Women’s Hope is also one of the only organizations in our community where parents can access these resources free of charge. Your giving will reward parents for investing in their families and will help empower generational change! Our Project

WHMC serves local families throughout pregnancy and beyond. One service we offer is our parenting education program, “Earn While You Learn”. Local moms and dads can purchase maternity and baby items by participating in online parenting courses. Every father that completes the Fatherhood Program earns a brand-new baby crib! And both moms and dads can earn much-needed items like new car seats. We are seeking funding to purchase these items for the families that participate in our classes. This funding is especially important now because the program is expanding. We currently have over 150 parents taking classes, and more are joining every week!

Each new crib costs roughly $110.00, and new car seats cost around $90.00. Our goal of $2,500 could purchase twelve cribs and twelve car seats, plus additional shipping costs. All of the funds would go directly to these purchases.
